I am Mert, born on April 20, 2000, in Izmir, Turkey. Throughout my educational journey, I have consistently nurtured my passion for science and technology. I started by studying biomedical imaging in high school, followed by earning an associate degree in Biomedical Device Technology at Ege University. Later, I transferred to Izmir University of Economics, where I am currently in my final year of pursuing a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering. Beyond academics, I have a profound interest in innovative projects and artificial intelligence technologies. This passion has led me to take on roles such as a speaker at various events. I serve as the AI Committee Chair in the BBT (Computer Science and Technology) community in Izmir and collaborate with the Izmir University of Economics Biomedical Engineering Club on joint initiatives. On October 19, I participated as a speaker at an event titled "Artificial Intelligence: Technology of the Future," where I explored how to start with AI and its potential impact on future careers. Sharing knowledge and inspiring others are things I deeply value, and I actively engage in such events to make a difference. My fascination with technology has also driven me into entrepreneurship. I co-founded a company specializing in 3D printing and R&D projects, venturing into the world of e-commerce. Additionally, I have been involved in various biomedical projects, ranging from devices that monitor heart rates for athletes to EEG-based rehabilitation systems for stroke patients. I am also engaged in innovative areas such as electric vehicle projects, motor drivers, and AI assistants, constantly exploring and developing new ideas. My ultimate goal is to use technology to create solutions that make life easier for people while continuously learning along the way. I have always prioritized learning, creating, and sharing throughout my life. Today, I strive to take one step closer to my personal and professional goals every day, motivated by a passion for innovation and progress.
